Champion short description:
Sivir, the combat champion, is a markswoman who makes the rift unsafe with her boomerang.
With her passive – light-footedness, she gains 35-55 additional movement speed for 2 seconds when she damages an enemy champion with an ability or a normal attack. Since she has a comparatively short range and no abilities that allow her to cover distances quickly, she is very dependent on her Movement Speed value.
Boomerang Blade is Sivir’s Q. When this ability is activated, Sivir hurls her boomerang in the chosen direction. Enemies hit take normal damage, which is reduced by 100-40% (depending on non-champions hit). When the maximum range is reached, the boomerang returns directly to Sivir, causing damage again. For you, this means that if you throw your Q through the minion wave, your damage to subsequent champions will be greatly reduced. The same applies to jungle camps.
A boomerang blade flying twice directly through an enemy champion, on the other hand, will deal outstanding damage.
W – Ricochet is Sivir’s best ability to make minion waves disappear in an instant and make life difficult for all opponents in team fights, even if she is only attacking the front line. When activated, Sivir’s normal attacks jump to surrounding targets for the next four seconds, dealing additional physical damage. The ability also grants you 20-40% bonus attack speed. If your attack critically hits while the ability is active, the bouncing boomerangs will also critically hit. The ability deals 65% of its damage to minions, but executes them if they would be left with 15 or less health after the bouncing boomerang deals its damage.
Sivir’s W also resets the cooldown of her normal attack. Therefore, whenever possible in a fight, you want to perform Autoattack – W – Autoattack in quick succession to deal as much damage per second as possible.
Spell Shield is Sivir’s E. After a short delay, Sivir gains a Spell Shield for 1.5 seconds. This can block an ability (this includes summoner spells). If the shield successfully blocks an ability, Sivir receives a heal based on (up to level 14) 60% of her total attack damage, later up to 80%.
In addition, Sivir’s passive is triggered, granting her movement speed.
Her ultimate “On the Hunt” grants Sivir and her teammates within 1000 range units bonus movement speed for the duration of the ability (8/10/12 seconds).
While the ability is active, Sivir’s normal attacks reduce the cooldown of her normal abilities by 0.5 seconds per attack.
If Sivir is part of a kill on a champion she has damaged within the last 3 seconds while “On the Hunt” is active, this will extend her ultimate.

Mostly best
Description Skill Order:
When you play Sivir, there are various options for how you skill your abilities in the first few levels.
However, the final prioritization remains the same.
At levels 6/11/16 you skill your ultimate.
You prioritize your normal skills with Q > W > E.
At level 1 you have the choice between Q and W. If you are playing from a distance and want to look for poke damage in case your opponents position themselves openly (not behind minions), Q is the best choice. If you are playing against a botlane that is weak at level 1 and your Supporter allows you to land multiple normal attacks on the opponents, you should go for the W first. Start the trade with a normal attack, followed by an immediate W activation to reset the cooldown of your normal attack and attack as long as you win the trade. Keep in mind that W – Ricochet grants you bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.
If you are playing a dominant laning phase, you can skill Q->W or W->Q to actively fight. However, in many lanes, blocking an important ability with your E – Spell Shield can make a big difference for a level 2 trade. Therefore, I usually recommend taking the Spellshield with you at level 2.
At level 3, you definitely want to take all 3 abilities, as each brings a lot of value individually.
From then on, prioritize Q over W and E whenever possible.

Description of the build path:
Sivir is a classic ADC. This means we mainly need these stats: AD, Attack Speed and Crit. Later on, however, armor penetration and lifesteal will also become very important, so you need at least 4 items to fully develop your potential.
