Champion short description:
Samira, the Desert Rose from Shurima should be your champion of choice if you like fast gameplay and explosive damage.
Two pistols, a sword and a supporter with CC is all the “nice lady” needs.
Samira’s passive ‘Daredevil’ gives her a stack for each normal attack or ability on an enemy champion.
It should be noted that the respective attacks differ from the previous hit against the target, whereby the duration is always renewed with further increases.
The counter is represented by the letters E D C B A S.
These increases are visible to teammates and opponents to the left of her life bar.
Her passive also has a second and even third very relevant effect.
Samira’s normal attacks against targets below 200 range are executed with her blade and therefore do not count as projectiles. (No, unfortunately it doesn’t work with Sejuani 🙁 )
The attacks with the blade cause additional magic damage depending on their additional maximum attack damage.
Of course, this also affects Samira’s Q ability, which we will look at later.
All good things come in threes, when the Undersupported hits its CC, enemies turn to mush.
Samira can use immobilized targets to make a small dash at the opponent with a special attack and throw them up again for 0.5 seconds if the support can do so.
If the target is not thrown up but is still immobilized, the crowd control effect will not be extended, but any other effects will still occur.
Samira’s Q ability is called Design. Samira fires her pistol in the chosen direction, causing normal damage to the first enemy hit.
If a targetable enemy is within 200 range, she will instead slash in a cone in front of her, which deals the same physical damage, but of course also the magical bonus damage of her blade as we learned in the passive.
Design can also be combined with Samira’s e-skill Unbridled Frenzy.
You can find out more about this deadly combination later in the guide.
Both the shot and the sword slash can critically hit and also benefit from life steal.
Especially later on in the game, you will realize how gigantic both damage and life steal numbers can become.
Samira’s W ability, Blade Whirl (also affectionately known as the mobile windwall), ensures that Samira slashes twice with her sword over 0.75 seconds.
The first strike is executed immediately and the second towards the end of the animation. Both blows cause normal damage to all nearby enemies and destroy all enemy projectiles that are not tower shots.
It should also be noted that Samira is not able to perform Design while she is in her Ultimate ability “Infernal Trigger”.
Activating Samira’s ultimate will cancel Blade Whirl if it was used last.
Samira’s E ability, Unbridled Frenzy, causes her to sprint through the chosen enemy champion or minion, dealing magic damage along the way.
After activation, Samira gains additional attack speed for 3 seconds.
As previously mentioned, Samira’s Unbridled Frenzy can be used in combination with Design, which becomes a deadly short burst of magic and physical damage.
Of course, this also generates 2 stacks of the passive, as they are two different hits.
Executions against enemy champions completely reset the cooldown of Unbridled Frenzy, which can quickly become an unwanted trip around the world for the enemy team in teamfights.
Samira’s ultimate ability “Infernal Drain” is the crowning glory for the end of any enemy champion.
All you need is S rank (Passive) and an opponent within range to eliminate them from the face of the Rift.
Samira unleashes a hail of bullets and attacks all enemies within range every 0.2 seconds for 2 seconds, hitting exactly 10 times.
She slows herself by 25% and also deals reduced damage to minions, but champions take the full pack of pistol shots.

Description Skill Order:
As Samira, you always prioritize skill points in your Q-Design. This is your main source of damage and style rating (passive). Second, you want to maximize your E skill, Unbridled Frenzy, for extra damage and attack speed.
Lastly, maximize your W ability as it is rarely used passively or aggressively. In the first 3 levels you want to skill E first, then W and thirdly Q in 100% of situations. (More detailed explanation in the Lane Guide).
In keeping with Samira’s overall package, your main rune will always be Conqueror to get even more damage out of everything. Combined with Triumph, Bloodthirst and Last Stand, you are a fighting machine. Your secondary runes will lead you into the Domination Tree, where you should use Argus’ Legacy and Treasure Hunter uncontested. In the item build section, we’ll take a look at what Samira’s favorites are to score as many bounties as possible!

Description of the build path:
Samira is a classic ADC. This means we mainly need these stats: AD, Attack Speed and Crit. Later on, however, armor penetration and lifesteal will also become very important, so you need at least 4 items to fully develop your potential.
